We try to curate the content around your actual challenges. In the past we've delivered sessions on: Buy on Board strategies, Amenity Kit design, Economy Class excellence, Premium cabin experiences, Sustainability ROI, Crew feedback integration, Regional differences in passenger preferences.

Questions You Want Answered. What's your burning question? What do you want to solve at this workshop?

Examples: How do I price premium meals? What's realistic sustainability ROI? How do airlines handle crew feedback? What are regional differences in BoB? How do I justify premium service costs? Note: These questions will be made public but NOT attached to your organisation.

Section 3- Let's make sure you're comfortable

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies. Tell us what you need (vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, nut allergy, etc.)

Our events feature morning/afternoon tea and restaurant-quality dining at lunch. We emphasise great food shared together – one table, one team. We also host an after-hours drinks and canapés reception.
