take a look at the airbaltic meals you might be served inflight, as we take a flight to Riga with Air Baltic. inflight feed airline food reviews!

Air Baltic invited me to Riga to sample their business class meals and tour their inflight catering kitchen in Riga. The airline offers one of the most innovative meal ordering systems for economy class passengers, and in business-class, the airline provides the latest in Latvian and European cuisine. My flight from Brussels to Riga offered a lunch service beginning with menus handed out to all passengers. The onboard drink selection includes  Juices, Soft Drinks, Coffee, Tea, Sparkling Wine, Champagne, (Heidsieck Monopole Brut), Red or White Wines, Beers, Whisky, Cognacs, Vodka, Gin, Liqueurs, Riga Black Balsam and Vermouth.

Before the main meal is served, cabin crew delivered a “Chefs Special Entrée” a nice gesture and welcome from the airline and their chefs Thomas Muenzel and Andris Vasilonoks.

There are two main meal choices in business class and my meal included:Appetiser – Camembert Cheese with Marinated Vegetables

Main Course – Grilled Veal with Spaetzle Dumplings and Mini Zucchini

Dessert – Panna Cotta with Lingonberry Sauce

Several days later, I flew from Riga to Brussels and my meals included:Appetiser – Mozzarella, Tomato and Pesto.

Main Course – Chicken with Grilled Seasonal Vegetables.

Dessert – Chocolate Cream Cake.

It was a lovely experience in business class, the meals presented well and tasted great. I like the branding touches on the modern crockery, service was flawless on both flights, and the cabin crew offered flexible dining options. The quality of food was excellent.I flew as a guest of Air Baltic.
