Long Haul
Long-haul meals are included in the ticket price in every cabin.
In Economy you get a choice of two hot main courses with a dessert, complimentary hot and cold drinks throughout the flight, and a second meal or breakfast before landing on flights over 7 hours.
Premium Economy adds a personal bottle of mineral water and an aperitif service after takeoff on flights over 7 hours.
The two hot mains come with a premium fresh starter, a dessert and cheese.
In Business Class you get a welcome drink, a personal bottle of mineral water and an aperitif with an appetiser, then a choice of 2 starters and 3 mains served with a salad, followed by cheese or dessert.
Coffee, tea and liqueurs come with Belgian chocolates by Neuhaus.
The wine list has 5 cellar-bottled wines and the beer list has 8 Belgian beers, and flights over 7 hours include a second meal or breakfast before landing
European Flights (Short Haul)
In Economy you order from the onboard Brussels Bistro menu.
Fresh handmade sandwiches from Belgian brand Bon are on sale in Economy on continental flights.
Business Class passengers get a complimentary meal and drink, and can also buy from the menu.
What’s New
From January 2026, Brussels Airlines serves meals inspired by its sub-Saharan African network on long-haul flights from Africa to Brussels.
The dishes rotate. The first included Cape Malay braised chicken with cashew nuts, mango and coriander in Business Class, and Cod Mbongo, a traditional Cameroonian dish, in Economy.
The airline has also introduced new tableware and service procedures, and on flights departing Brussels, Business Class meals come from Belgian star chef Glenn Verhasselt.
Children and Allergies
No complimentary child meals are offered in Economy on European flights.
Brussels Airlines serves products containing nuts and peanuts, and other passengers may bring and eat their own, so it can’t guarantee an aircraft or meal free of peanut traces.

Special meals are free on all long-haul flights and in Business Class on European flights.
