How to order a special meal on Air New Zealand

Quick guide to help you order a special meal on Air New Zealand Trans Tasman and International flights.

    Login

    Visit the Air New Zealand website.

    Navigate to the “Manage Booking” section.

    Enter your Booking Number and last name, then click “Continue.”

    The Air New Zealand website displays flight prices from Los Angeles to Auckland and Sydney, complete with options for various classes. Amidst a scenic backdrop, it also guides you on how to order a special meal, ensuring a tailored travel experience.

    Access Your Booking Details

    Once logged in, you will see your booking details.

    Look for the “Meals” button and click on it to start the meal selection process.

    See Your Options

    Under each flight segment tap on the down arrow to see what special meals are available for your flight.

    Choose Your Special Meal and Confirm

    Select the appropriate meal type for your dietary requirements.

Note that special meals are only available for passengers on Trans Tasman services where a meal is included.

On all other international flights you must have purchased a seat or seat+bag fare.
