Before You Start
Order deadline: As early as possible (24 hours minimum before departure)
What you need: Family name, given name, and booking reference
Route tip: Flights to/from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Middle East already serve Halal-certified meals – no need to pre-order Halal meals for these routes
Pre Order

Access Your Booking
Head to cathaypacific.com, tap on “Manage Booking”.
If you are not a member of their frequent flyer program, tap on ‘Find booking as a guest’.

Booking Details
Enter your Family Name, Given Name and Booking Reference.
If successful, you’ll see the Manage Booking page. Tap on ‘Discover Meal Options’.

Choose Your Meals
On the meal request page, tap on the ‘Special Meal’ button
This displays all available inflight meals – tap your selection, then tap ‘request.’
Save for future flights: Tap “Save my preferences for all flights operated by Cathay Pacific” if you want this meal on all future Cathay flights
What Happens Next
Confirmation: You should see a confirmation page if successful
Your meal is now ordered and will be ready on your flight
Future bookings: If you saved preferences, your meal choice applies to all future Cathay flights
