Before You Begin

Special meals on Finnair are available for all long-haul flights in Economy and Business Class, and for all Business Class European flights.

Place your order at least 24 hours before departure to ensure your meal is prepared and loaded onto your flight.

How to pre Order

    Website

    Go to the Finnair website, under the ‘Manage’ section enter your booking reference and last name to find your reservation.

    Locate

    In your booking overview, scroll to look for the meal pre-order or special requests section.

    Discover

    Finnair offers a variety of special meals such as low lactose, low sodium, gluten-free, and various religiously compliant meals. Explore the descriptions to ensure the best match for your needs

    Select and Secure

    Once you’ve made your choice, select the meal and add it to your booking to secure your order.

    Confirm

    After selection, a summary screen will appear. Confirm your details to ensure the meal is linked to your flight.
