Cathay Pacific and Duddell’s Hong Kong have partnered to offer an exclusive in-flight dining experience to passengers on select long-haul flights.
The collaboration will feature a selection of dishes from Duddell’s menu, including dim sum, Peking duck, and seafood.
The dishes will be served in specially designed boxes that replicate the look and feel of Duddell’s restaurants.
Passengers will also be able to enjoy a selection of Duddell’s signature cocktails.
Pre Order
Business class passengers can pre-order their inflight meal from 10 days to 24 hours before departure, simply head here to do so.
Inflight Beverages
Signature drinks include the Cathay Delight and Pacific Sunrise.
Aperitifs and cocktails include Bombay Sapphire Dry Gin, Bacardi Rum, Absolut Vodka, Martini Rosso, Martini Extra Dry Campari, Sweet and Dry Sherry, Bloody Mary and Screwdriver.
Whiskies include Chivas Regal 12 Years Old, Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve, Jack Daniel’s and Canadian Club.
As well as juice, soft drinks, and a range of tea and coffee products.
Cognac and Liqueurs include Hine Rare Fine Champagne, Drambuie, Cointreau and Bailey’s Irish Cream.
