Flight Changes: If you change your flight or departure date, your pre-order may be cancelled and must be resubmitted via Manage Booking.
Special Dietary Meals: Pre-order meals are separate from special dietary meals. If you have a special dietary meal loaded, you cannot pre-order another meal until the first order is deleted.
Meal Substitutions: Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to substitute ingredients or menu items due to operational reasons.
Halal Certification: All meals, including pre-ordered meals, are guaranteed to be halal.
