Overview

Qatar Airways offers Dine on Demand in business class, letting you eat when you want rather than on a fixed service schedule.

Meals are plated on fine china with stainless steel cutlery. The airline offers business class passengers:

Dine on Demand: order from any menu section whenever you want, not on a fixed schedule

Premium beverages: extensive wine, champagne, spirits, plus Arabic coffee and tea.

Route-Specific Menus: destination menus built with guest chefs, currently running on Los Angelesโ€“Doha.

Menu structure

Rather than a single fixed course structure, Qatar organises its business class menu into named sections, All Day Dining, Light Meals, and Breakfast, and dine on demand means you can order from any of them whenever you want, not just choose when your one assigned meal arrives.

Want breakfast two hours after takeoff and a light meal before landing instead of a traditional dinner service?

That’s how the menu is built to work.

A typical All Day Dining course still runs starter, main and dessert if you want the full experience: a mezze plate is a genuine standout, typically served with three dips such as hummus, baba ghanoush and muhammara alongside warm pita, followed by a choice of mains and dessert if you have room.

Route-Specific Chef Partnerships

Qatar Airways has started building destination-specific menus with guest chefs rather than running one standardised global menu.

As of mid-2026, Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone has partnered with the airline on a route-specific business class menu for flights between Los Angeles and Doha, drawing on the style of his one-Michelin-starred restaurant Gwen.
