Virgin Atlantic pre select is a pre-order meal service for Upper-Class, Premium Economy and Economy Delight passengers.
Popular meal options can run out quickly during the flight, by pre selecting you also have a wider range of choices vs during the flight.

All flights departing from London Heathrow and inbound flights returning to London from the US and Caribbean.

Pre-selection guarantees that your preferred meal and also offers meals that aren’t available to order inflight.
UPPER CLASS
Upper-class passengers can dine in the clubhouse before departure, allowing them to get to sleep right away once aboard the aircraft.
Onboard, expect a welcome Champagne, and at main meal times, a three-course meal served inflight plus a port and cheese offering.
Main meal options will include three meal choices, and one option will always be vegetarian.
LATEST MEALS
The latest dishes include serrano ham with roasted squash, herb-roasted chicken, and roasted trout. New vegetarian and plant-based options, like carrot tartare, spinach and ricotta tortellini, spiced apple and parsnip soup, and a Beyond burger. For dessert, a Northern Bloc plant-based ice cream with flavors like salted caramel and lemon sorbet. The Extra Bites menu offers cream tea with scones, a bao bun with cashew satay chicken, and a spiced lamb flatbread.
A La Carte Breakfast
Upper Class passengers can now create their own breakfast with options like yogurt, fresh fruit, and pastries. An Express Breakfast with a bacon roll or sweet pastry is available for those who prefer extra sleep and can be served up to 40 mins before landing. New wellbeing drinks, including Real sparkling tea, Perfect Ted matcha, and Lo Bros kombucha, are also available.
On evening departures, an express menu is offered to maximize your work or rest time onboard. This service is available on night flights from the East Coast of the USA to the UK.
Passengers who select the Economy Delight fare can now pre-order meals, including chicken, leek, and tarragon casserole, creamy spinach, and butternut pasta, along with cheese, crackers, and a chocolate pot.
