Review: Air Europa Business Class Europe

air europa inflight meal review- Check out the inflight meal review of Air Europa between Madrid and Frankfurt in business class, Inflight Feed

I took a trip with Air Europa from Madrid to Frankfurt on their A330 aircraft, I had an economy ticket, but for some reason, I was upgraded to business class at the gate. Business-class was full, so I can only assume the airline upgraded many of us due to overbooking.

INFLIGHT SERVICE

After take off the cabin crew distributed refresher towels and took drink orders, I ordered a tomato juice.

The service onboard was excellent; the crew were attentive, helpful and friendly. I was surprised to see the inflight meal concept on this flight; I’ve never seen anything like it.

The menu featured:Watercress and Rocket Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese and Black Olives.

Pesto and Basil Vinaigrette.

Crudites with Smoked Salon Puree and Olives.

Pepper, Aubergine and Chive Escalivada.

Cod, lettuce.

Yoghurt Mousse with a Crunchy Crumble, Kiwi Fruit and Crushed Nuts.

Fresh Bread.

Immediately you can tell everything is fresh and the use of the preserving jar is unique with bread presented in a bakery bag. The whole concept is reminiscent of a farmers market experience and it’s no wonder it has won several industry awards. The concept created by Air Europa promotes ecological and healthy food prepared with products with quality certificates of origin with which the airline guarantees to contribute to your health and well-being. The tray, made of recyclable materials, is innovative and provides passengers with a unique inflight meal experience.Even people on Instagram were in awe of this business class meal concept.https://www.instagram.com/p/BMHPfDBjUUA/?utm_source=ig_embed
