In Economy, what you get depends on flight time. Short European flights get little more than chocolate and water; you can buy a proper meal only after 45 minutes, and even then it’s pre-order only until the 70-minute mark, when the full Onboard Delights range is sold on board.
On international long-haul routes, Economy gets a three-course meal with two hot main choices, plus a second service later in the flight.

New Hot Meals
Since September 1, 2026, five hot meal options have been added to Onboard Delights, available on most European routes of 2+ hours, pre-order only, starting from €10.90 and including a drink of your choice:
HANS IM GLÜCK Cheeseburger
Chicken Teriyaki (served with dessert)
Rinderroulade (beef roulade) with potato dumplings (served with dessert)
Tortellini in tomato sauce with zucchini (served with dessert)
Currywurst “Die Echte” with a bread roll
Pre-order up to 18 hours before departure on flights from Germany, or up to 24 hours before departure on flights to Germany.
