THAI is the flag carrier airline of Thailand. The airline operates scheduled services to over 100 destinations in 60 countries in Asia, Europe, Oceania, and North America.

On long-haul flights, Thai Airways passengers can choose from a variety of hot meals, including Thai favorites like pad thai, green curry, and massaman curry. There are also a variety of Western dishes available, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
Passengers can enjoy complimentary drinks, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Thai Airways now offers a Pre-Select meals service for passengers traveling in First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class (Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold Members only).
Passengers in these classes can now choose their in-flight meals from a wide variety of options up to 72 hours before departure.
Here’s a look at the menu option for economy class.
Here are the steps to pre-select your meal:
- Go to the Thai Airways website.
- Click on the Pre-Select Meal link.
- Enter your details.
- Choose your meal from the list of options.
- Review your selection and click on “Submit.”
Your meal will be prepared and served to you on your flight.
Here are some of the benefits of pre-selecting your meal:
- You can choose your favorite dishes from a wide variety of options.
- You can ensure that you will get the meal you want, even if it is not on the regular menu.
- You can avoid the hassle of choosing a meal when you are on board the plane.
The following special meals can be ordered on Thai Airways operated flights up to 48 hours before departure:
Vegetarian Hindu/Indian Vegetarian meal, Infant/Baby food, Bland/Soft meal, Child meal, Diabetic meal, Fruit platter meal, Gluten-Free meal, Hindu meal, Kosher meal, Low-calorie meal, Low fat/cholesterol meal, Low sodium meal, Moslem meal, Non-Lactose meal, Seafood meal, Raw vegetarian meal, Strict European vegetarian meal, Vegetarian Jain meal, Western vegetarian meal and Vegetarian oriental meal.

FIRST & BUSINESS CLASS
Customers in first-class can pre-order the Lobster Thermidor, Grilled Beef Steak Rossini, Pan-fried scallops Provencale, Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Green and Massaman Curry, Barbecued Duck, Chicken or Beef or Pork Stir-fried with Basil and Garlic and topped with Omelet THAI Style.
Customers in Business Class can pre-order their first hot meal including Grilled Steak with Peppercorn Sauce, Seared Salmon with Tarragon Cream Sauce, stir-fried dishes, THAI curries, roasted duck or pork, Rib Eye Bulgogi (Korean style), Chicken Waterzooi (Belgian dish) and Veal Roulade Madeira sauce (German recipe).
Pre-order meals are available for lunch and dinner services only and must be ordered at least 24 hours for passengers travelling from Bangkok or 48 hours for inbound flights to Bangkok.
